Do businesses really want business?
Recently 'The Kitchen Studio' had a rep come round to my new abode and set about in my Kitchen with his tape measure, two hours later I had a kitchen plan that would keep me in treats with the girlfriend for a good many weeks.
What happens next is why England is becoming such a joke nation.
1. The salesman's phone had been disconnected, he could not email the spec over to me.
2. After calling the local branch and explaining that I wanted the spec I was informed to expect a call next day.
3. If you say you are going to so something the bloody well do it, no call ever came through.
4. The salesman is due to leave the company and have his laptop wiped, my spec goes with it.
5. I called the local branch again and asked for my kitchen spec again.
Now it's going to take a curse email to head office, a well optimised page on www.mrcrip.com
I really want a specific Kitchen style from The Kitchen Studio, why do I have to go through so much stress to get it.
My conclusions are as follows:-
1. Don't use The Kitchen Studio
2. If you have to use them, get a personally signed guarantee from the Managing Director that
if anything goes wrong with the kitchen you will have a direct line to him 24/7 to deal with your problem.
Why, if the sales are anything to go by, you'll be waiting a long time for anything to get done.
